Job summary

Warwick Employment Group (WEG) seeks Identity Engineers to support the university's IDAM team, designing, building, and maintaining identity systems that control access to applications, data, devices, and infrastructure.

You will help deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot identity services, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient access management aligned with security policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar IDAM role within a medium to large organisation.
• Specialist knowledge of IDAM and Identity Lifecycles.
• Specialist knowledge of Entra ID and AD administration, PowerShell and SQL scripting.
• Experience with authentication protocols and Cloud Applications (Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of identity systems.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions to enhance security and user experience.
• Own complex technical problems and drive robust resolution and improvements.
• Contribute to change management and release documentation.
• Implement hands-on identity solutions that are scalable and secure.
