Job summary

Samba is seeking a Director Product Manager to advance identity resolution capabilities and build activation solutions. You’ll own product strategy across identity and activation, set direction, and work closely with customers and engineering to ship high-impact products.

You’ll combine market insight with hands-on delivery, driving privacy-centric data governance and building a roadmap that expands the client base in a fast-moving, cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in AdTech/MarTech or B2B data platforms.
• Deep domain expertise in identity resolution and device/identity graphs.
• Strong experience in the activation and data movement domain across cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation.
• Advance identity resolution: graph building, enrichment, cross-device linking.
• Own activation: audience activation, data orchestration, delivery to platforms and DSPs.
• Develop understanding of market and translate into positioning and roadmap.
• Partner with customers and commercial teams to translate needs into specs for engineering.
• Work hands-on with engineering to deliver and unblock decisions.
• Own privacy and data governance considerations with a privacy-first standard.
• Define success metrics to guide investment and iteration.
