Job summary

Barnett Waddingham is seeking an IT JML Analyst to join our IT team on a permanent basis. The role is based in our Birmingham or Amersham offices with hybrid working.

You will manage end-to-end Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) to ensure secure, timely access to systems and data, applying least privilege and RBAC principles. You'll work with HR, IT Security and Service Desk to maintain auditable access records, support ISO 27001 and GDPR controls, and identify opportunities to improve JML

Qualifications

• Experience in IT administration or access management with JML exposure.
• Knowledge of starter/leaver processes and identity/access concepts.
• Familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege access principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 user administration and AD environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) processes with accurate provisioning, modification and removal of access.
• Ensure access is granted per least privilege and RBAC policies.
• Maintain auditable access records and support audit readiness.
• Obtain proper approvals and business justifications for access requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Security and Service Desk to deliver JML services.
