Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IDAM Architect to design and govern enterprise‑scale identity and access management solutions for defence and aerospace environments. You will lead modernisation programmes, architect secure authentication, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and governance across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments.

Candidates should have deep IDAM expertise, prior defence/aerospace program experience, and proven leadership of technical teams with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management in an architectural role.
• Proven design of enterprise-scale IDAM solutions.
• Strong background in defence, aerospace, or government IDAM programmes.
• Expertise with modern identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock).
• Led IDAM modernisation and technology transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of IDAM architecture patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale IDAM architectures for defence operations.
• Architect secure authentication, MFA and authorisation frameworks.
• Lead IDAM modernisation programmes and vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with defence security policy and ITAR regulations.
• Guide API-driven identity architecture and microservices identity.
