Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IDAM Architect to lead enterprise-scale identity and access management design for defence-oriented environments. You will architect secure authentication, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and PAM, while guiding modern IDAM platforms and cross-cloud integrations.

You will work with enterprise stakeholders, drive governance, and mentor IDAM teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IDAM solutions.
• Strong background in defence, aerospace or government IDAM programmes.
• Expert knowledge of identity technologies including LDAP, AD, OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDAM architecture design and strategy across enterprise systems.
• Architect secure authentication, MFA and authorization frameworks.
• Design RBAC, ABAC and PAM solutions for large environments.
• Develop identity governance, access lifecycle and entitlement strategies.
• Lead IDAM technology evaluation and vendor selection processes.
• Ensure architectures comply with security policies and regulations.
• Guide modern IDAM platforms (AD/Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock) implementations.
• Provide architectural mentoring and governance for IDAM teams.
• Design integration with enterprise apps and cloud platforms including SSO.
