Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IDAM Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale identity and access management solutions for defence-oriented environments. You will lead modernisation programs, architect secure authentication, MFA, SSO, and RBAC/ABAC models while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance.

The role requires security clearance readiness, familiarity with Azure AD, Okta, Ping, and ForgeRock platforms, and proven leadership of technical teams and stakeholder engagements

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IDAM solutions for defence or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity platforms and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead architectural design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale IDAM architectures to support defence operations.
• Architect secure authentication, MFA and authorisation frameworks.
• Lead IDAM modernisation and vendor evaluation projects.
• Ensure compliance with Defence Security Policy and ITAR where applicable.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across IDAM initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to validate designs.
