Job summary

Dorset Council UK is seeking Level 2 or 3 ICT User Support Officers to join our ICT User Support team. You will provide expert technical support for a wide range of systems, applications, devices, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for ICT services, systems and devices.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Android and business applications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to fix issues.
• Contribute to ICT projects and service improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and user satisfaction.
