Job summary

TeacherActive is proud to be recruiting for an ICT Teacher on behalf of a secondary school in Bridgwater. The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their knowledge, confidence and skills across the curriculum.

The school is looking to appoint an ICT Teacher who can also teach Maths on a part-time basis, working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with an ASAP start. The successful ICT Teacher will teach ICT and Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons while supporting students to make strong academic progress.

The successful ICT Teacher will have:

• QTS with a relevant teaching specialism
• Experience teaching ICT at secondary level
• Experience or confidence teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• Strong communication skills and a positive approach to supporting students
