Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an ICT Engineer in Reading on a hybrid basis, with a start ASAP and a duration of 6 months to multi-year engagement. The role focuses on supporting Software Factory platforms, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in DevOps/ALM environments, with Azure DevOps certification desirable. Hybrid work with office presence in Reading (2 days per week once the office is up and running).

Job purpose

The ICT Engineer supports the implementation, operation, maintenance, and evolution of Software Factory platforms, development toolchains, and automation capabilities.

Key Accountabilities and Objectives

Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support software development, build, test, and deployment activities.
• Configure and maintain Software Factory tools and environments.
• Develop scripts and automation utilities.
• Support platform integration and operational activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users.

Lifecycle Management

• Support platform maintenance and upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and processes.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Factory, DevOps, CI/CD, or ALM environments.

Desirable Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Devops certification or other CI/CD environments
