We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and Cloud Specialist with a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience), ITIL Foundation certification and ideally a Microsoft Azure or cloud certification. You'll bring strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, identity management and cloud technologies, alongside experience of supporting cloud migration and modernisation programmes.
Just as importantly, you'll be an effective people leader with experience of supporting, developing and motivating team members to deliver high-quality services. You'll be comfortable providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
As a natural problem solver and skilled communicator, you'll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information into practical solutions. You'll be proactive, resilient and customer focused, able to balance competing priorities while driving continuous improvement, service excellence and digital transformation across the Council.
