Job description

This ICT Analyst post sits in the Digital Transformation and Programmes Service at Sheffield City Council, within the Projects and Programmes Team. The role supports the design and delivery of digital change across the council, working with enabling services to improve customer journeys and access to support. It covers programmes in areas such as self-service, automation, data and application modernisation, affecting services used by hundreds of thousands of people in the city. The council says it is open to flexible arrangements, including part-time working and job share.
