Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital change across the council with enabling services
• Redesign end-to-end customer journeys and expand accessible online services
• Lead or support ICT programmes and projects, including project management
• Carry out ICT analysis
• Manage ICT business relationships
• Support ICT portfolio governance and assurance
• Deliver digital self-service, automation and responsible use of AI
• Develop data platforms, governance and analytics capability
• Modernise business systems, rationalising applications and licences
• Support colleagues to adopt new technology and change working practices
