Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to ensure capital expenditures and inventory align with platform targets and anticipated savings.
• Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O); convert local investment plans into upstream set demand signals.
• Support strategic PIPO Projects; drive & support execution of key commercial and supply chain initiatives with line leaders, focusing on KPIs.
• Asset Management Process Deployment: Forecasting – ensure accuracy of demand signals for capex forecasting.
• Execution: collaborate with Sourcing and Distribution on asset utilization; maintain IBP cadence and lifecycle governance.
• Be a key business partner to commercial teams to align investment needs with end-to-end supply chain.
• Performance Measurement: meet targets for Inventory, SLOB, and Capex.
• Achieve forecasting targets and manage order book across upstream forecasts and warehouse capacity.
