University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust in Coventry is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist in Inflammatory Bowel Disease for a 12‑month secondment. Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject or willingness to undertake
• Current professional registration
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing development
• Study at level 6 (degree/diploma) or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Administer and monitor biologic therapies for IBD
• Educate patients on biologic treatments and self-care
• Assess eligibility and pre-treatment tests for biologic therapies
• Collaborate with MDT to optimise patient outcomes
• Attend weekly MDT meetings and run nurse-led clinics
