Job description

Arthur Recruitment have partnered with a fast growing insurance MGA to support with their search for an IBA Technician for an initial 6-12 months fixed term. This person will be responsible for supporting the team with clearing the legacy IBA issues.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the clear up of legacy IBA issues
• Review prior paid bordereaux to resolve any queries with respective binder brokers
• Investigate legacy cash, working with the wider underwriting management team, underwriting and claims teams to provide resolutions
• Produce paid premium bordereaux, with correct premiums, required tax and country splits
• Obtain agreements from respective binder brokers to agree payments
• Work closely with brokers to clear any outstanding payment issues
• Allocate receipts and payments posted

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IBA
• MGA/Broker industry experience
• Experience working on debtors/creditors
• Lloyds experience isn't essential
