Summary

Our client is a leading Lloyds Broker working with SME, Corporate, and Multinational businesses worldwide to provide innovative risk solutions across various (re)insurance classes.

You will join a vibrant finance team that collaborates to deliver fast and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role's primary focus is to support the finance team across all IBA, Credit Control, and Operations functions.

Main Duties:

• Posting cash received and paid on the IBA system daily
• Matching cash received/paid against insurance transactions daily
• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Entering insurance payments in bank and FX trading platform daily
• Liaising with external brokers and handling queries via email
• Investigating unallocated cash and matching transactions
• Loading CSV interface files from underwriting systems to IBA system
• Matching cash in both IBA and underwriting systems
• Supporting the Accounts Manager

Skills Required:

• Experience in Credit Control/IBA
• Knowledge of the London Insurance Market (preferred)
• Experience with UK bank portals
• Familiarity with IBA systems
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative

Additional Information:

• Permanent position
• Based in the City of London with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in London, 2 days remote)
