Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to head the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in the UK. You will establish governance, standards and metrics for identity security, own IAM tooling and security platforms, and deliver scalable, automated identity governance and access management across the full lifecycle.

You will act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, providing authoritative IAM and cyber security advice while aligning policies with business needs and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and operationalising IAM capabilities (IGA, PAM, RBAC, MFA)
• Experience enabling balanced risk management decisions for complex scenarios
• Embedding risk into governance through reporting and assessment
• Proven cyber security operations skills
• Clearance: BPSS and National Security Vetting (Security Check)
• Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa
• Willingness to work 2 days/week in Glasgow or Dundee offices

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IAM team and governance framework
• Own IAM tooling, platforms and security monitoring across lifecycle
• Provide IAM and cyber security guidance to senior stakeholders
• Deliver IAM, cyber risk and information protection strategies
• Champion incident management for identity and privileged access risks
• Conduct risk assessments for IAM and cyber security scenarios
• Lead security assessments, design, and implementation
• Develop IAM policies, standards and guidelines
