Role: IAM Practice Manager - Customer Experience

The IAM Practice Manager will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt's services and products, aligning them with customer business objectives. The role focuses on driving customer success through advisory services, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, leading to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a customer-focused sales and launch process.
  3. Build strong relationships, including with C-level executives.
  4. Understand customer identity and access governance landscapes and advise on solutions.
  5. Foster trust to drive product adoption and realize business value.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to align product development with customer needs.
  7. Represent customer interests in internal prioritization.
  8. Prepare for key events like go-lives and releases.
  9. Create and maintain success plans for each customer.
  10. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  11. Identify utilization trends and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  12. Plan and deliver education on new features and releases.
  13. Manage renewal pipelines, especially at-risk customers.
  14. Support delivery projects and process improvements.
  15. Gather customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.

What You Bring

  1. Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity or compliance background is valuable.
  2. Hands-on knowledge of IAM and security technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft, or Saviynt.
  3. Consulting experience, either in large/strategic consultancy or internal corporate roles.
  4. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscapes.
  5. Experience in IT systems implementation, especially cloud services and identity management.
  6. Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
  7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
