Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and support identity and access management at scale in the UK’s largest government digital environment. You will lead hybrid identity initiatives using Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, and related security technologies.

You will collaborate with Security, DevOps and Architecture teams to strengthen Zero Trust, automate identity processes, and improve privileged access management across Azure, AWS and on‑premises

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IAM services in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of IGA, JML lifecycle, access provisioning and auditing.
• Hands-on design/implementation of SSO, MFA, CA and federation.
• Experience with PAM/PIM and RBAC in enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead on Zero Trust identity architectures and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Protect identities and access across a large IT environment.
• Collaborate with security, DevOps and architecture teams to strengthen Zero Trust.
• Deliver secure, resilient identity services at scale.
• Influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
