Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead to strengthen governance, lifecycle management and privileged access across the business. You will collaborate with the CISO, senior managers, and cross-functional teams to implement robust IAM controls and automation, including agentic AI considerations and non-human identities.

You will oversee access certification, audits and metrics, driving improvements in risk coverage and compliance while guiding a team through evolving IAM

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM governance and improvement activities.
• Technical understanding of enterprise identity architecture and access models.
• Experience with privileged access governance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor IAM policies and controls.
• Oversee joiner/mover/leaver and access certification for human and non-human accounts.
• Develop IAM metrics and reporting on access review and risk.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for IAM activities across teams.
• Monitor emerging IAM threats and advise on improvements.
• Embed IAM requirements into services and automation with other teams.
• Coordinate IAM audits and remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain IAM roadmap aligned to security strategy.
