The AA is seeking an Identity & Access Manager to lead the evolution of its enterprise IAM capability. You will drive governance, technical direction and measurable security outcomes across a complex technology landscape, working closely with senior technology and business leaders.

You will shape the IAM roadmap, ensuring identity services remain secure, scalable and aligned with the needs of a modern organisation, and you will lead a growing IAM capability with coaching and mentorship across

Qualifikationen

• Strong cyber security expertise in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading or driving IAM transformation and governance.
• Hands-on technical experience across modern and legacy identity environments, especially AD to Entra ID migration.
• Deep knowledge of IAM technologies including Zero Trust, cloud identity services and service accounts.

Aufgaben

• Lead transformation and maturity of The AA's Identity & Access Management capability, defining strategy and technical direction.
• Shape and deliver the IAM roadmap to support business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to drive secure outcomes.
• Develop modern identity capabilities across privileged access, identity governance and cloud-based authentication.
• Establish governance and reporting to demonstrate control effectiveness and continual improvement.
