Job summary

Elanco is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead identity and access delivery in a global environment. You will work with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure secure, compliant identity management across AD/AAD, SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security and application owners, plus ongoing adoption of emerging IAM technologies in a hybrid Hook, UK setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Identity experience, including Privileged Access Management and modern IAM protocols.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and cloud identity services.
• Experience with public cloud architecture (Azure, GCP).
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in global environments.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own AD/AAD Identity and access delivery, interfacing with Delivery partners (Alcor, WWT etc.).
• Ensure documentation and change requests are accurate and followed through in accordance with SoX.
• Coordinate and facilitate QA/Audit escalation issues with partners, Chief IAM Architect and QA/GRC.
• Serve on various forums as an SME, to assist in analysis projects and programs to ensure technical sound outcomes.
• Establish strong partnerships across technical community, Information Security and application owners.
