Job summary

Accenture in England is seeking an IAM Consultant to deliver complex IGA implementations, work with leading platforms, and build expertise in at least one IGA tool.

You will collaborate with clients, drive secure access solutions, and contribute to expanding Accenture's IAM capability across enterprise projects. The role requires hybrid work and mobility to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture.
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or Okta.
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM).

Responsibilities

As an IAM Consultant, you will…

• Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions
• Build deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environments
• Contribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
