Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking an Access Management Product Manager to deliver value and security for colleagues within the IAM space. The role is hands-on yet strategic, working with Lead & Senior Product Managers to shape the product vision and coordinate with business stakeholders.

You will write user stories, manage backlogs, and drive priorities while monitoring trends in Identity Security and Zero Trust to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to write user stories and manage backlogs
• Understanding of RBAC, access governance and lifecycle management
• Awareness of Zero Trust principles and security trends

Responsibilities

• Support evolution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Access Management capabilities
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to shape future product direction
• Identify user personas and pain points across access request, approval, provisioning, and governance journeys
• Contribute to performance, adoption, and OKRs for the product
• Prioritise work and resolve trade-offs with peers and stakeholders
• Support development of RBAC, policy-based access, joiner/mover/leaver processes, and access governance controls
• Work with engineering, security, and business teams to balance security, usability, and operational efficiency
