Job summary

Tesco Technology, a leading retail technology arm, seeks an Access Management Product Manager to own IAM-related product outcomes. You will work hands-on to deliver value for colleagues while ensuring strong security controls and governance across access lifecycles.

You will partner with senior PMs to translate stakeholder needs into backlogs, write user stories, and guide delivery with engineering. Flexible working is welcomed within a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to interpret research and operational insights for product decisions
• Awareness of access request, approval, provisioning, and governance journeys
• Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Access Management
• Partner with peers to shape future product direction within the business strategy
• Understand user personas and pain points across access request to governance journeys
• Contribute to performance, adoption and OKRs of the product
• Prioritize work and resolve trade-offs with peers and stakeholders
• Support development of RBAC, policy-based access, joiner-mover-leaver processes and access governance controls
• Collaborate with engineering, security and business teams to balance security, usability and efficiency
