Job summary

An engineering services provider is seeking experienced Instrumentation & Control Technicians for a 6-week turbine outage at a CCGT power station in Kent. The role involves supporting major turbine inspections and maintenance tasks, requiring experience with Siemens, GE, or Mitsubishi turbines. Candidates will perform calibration, assist with fault-finding, and work with DCS/PLC systems during the shutdown process. Competitive pay of £55 per day is offered, along with 10-hour days, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience supporting turbine outages.
• Experience with Siemens, GE, or Mitsubishi turbines preferred.
• Familiarity with major turbine inspection and overhaul activities is essential.
