Oasis Academy Brislington in Bristol is seeking an I-BASE Manager to create a safe, supportive and positive environment for every student within our Isolation Provision. You will ensure students feel safe, valued and respected, helping them re-engage with learning and reach their potential.
The role focuses on trauma-informed approaches, behaviour modification, restorative practices and close collaboration with the pastoral team, within a supportive trust environment.
