Job summary

Virgin Active is hiring Personal Trainers for a permanent role with zero-hour style structure but employment stability. You will deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, craft personalised programmes, and build lasting relationships to grow your client base.

You’ll work within a premium club environment, collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless member journey and exceptional coaching.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent.
• Experience building a client base and delivering personalised programmes.
• Strong presence and professional gym floor manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-2-1 and small group personal training sessions.
• Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to member goals.
• Build relationships to drive long-term engagement and referrals.
• Grow client base through proactive member interaction and experiences.
• Collaborate with club teams to provide a premium member journey.
