Job summary

Virgin Active is hiring a Personal Trainer for a permanent, zero hours contract at our London clubs. You will deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group sessions, shaping lifestyles and driving member engagement within a premium wellness environment.

You’ll join a flexible model with onboarding and access to the Training Academy to grow your business and career, including HYROX affiliation and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• Strong presence and professionalism on gym floor
• Commercial mindset with the drive to grow your business

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
• Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle
• Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results
• Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
• Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism
