Job summary

Virgin Active is hiring across Expert and Elite Personal Trainers to join our evolving wellness clubs in Greater London. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group coaching, design personalised programmes, and build lasting relationships with members to support their health goals.

This role offers a permanent contract with a flexible working model, access to our Training Academy, and opportunities to progress while helping members live healthier lives.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• Strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor
• Commercial mindset with the drive to grow your business
• Ability to build trust quickly and create lasting relationships
• Commitment to continuous development and progression

• Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
• Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment
• Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey
• Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact
• Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism
