Virgin Active Northampton is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our premium club team. You will deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, creating personalised programmes and helping members achieve their goals with confidence and consistency.

You’ll work in a permanent role with flexible, development-focused onboarding, plus access to our Training Academy and multiple member-enrichment initiatives. Diverse progression pathways and staff benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent.
• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle.
• Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results.
• Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals.
• Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment.
• Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey.
• Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact.
