Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe in Bodmin is hiring a Hygiene Operator to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness across production areas, machinery and equipment. You’ll be part of a team ensuring standards are met while supporting efficient factory operations.

With a strong eye for detail, you’ll follow instructions, work well in a team and uphold health and safety practices. Training is provided, and there is a competitive weekly pay plus on-site parking and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out factory cleaning and disinfection as directed by the Site Presentation Team Area Leader.
• Ensure hygiene standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow health & safety procedures.
• Assist with dismantling and reassembly of equipment when required.
• Work closely with teammates to complete tasks on time.
• Minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment; ensure PPE stocked.
• Support general site presentation tasks as required.
