Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader in Rochester to supervise the daily hygiene operations in a food manufacturing site. You will lead a small team, drive hygiene standards, and contribute to GMP and audit readiness.

The role is days-based, Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm, offering training and clear career progression within a growing manufacturing business. Commutable from surrounding towns in Kent and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous hygiene experience within food manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading / managing a team.
• Commutable to Rochester.

Hygiene Team Leader

Rochester, Kent (Commutable from: Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Dartford)

Are you a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing background looking for a days-based role where you can take responsibility for a small team and develop your career within a growing manufacturer?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership position, where you will oversee the day-to-day hygiene operation whilst receiving further training and opportunities to progress as the company continues to grow.

This company are a well-established manufacturer currently going through an exciting period of development and positive change. With new products, improved processes and continued investment in continuous improvement, they are looking to strengthen their team as workload increases.

On offer is a varied role where you will coordinate the daily hygiene workload, lead and develop members of the team and ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance are maintained across the site. You will also support GMP audits, pest-control monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role would suit a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing environment looking for responsibility, development and a stable Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role:
