Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Site Services Operative to support hygiene across offices, utilities and canteen areas. You will follow strict SOPs, maintain cleaning schedules and help ensure GMP, food safety and allergen controls are observed. Training will be provided for these duties and responsibilities evolve with site needs.

The role emphasises safe, efficient cleaning practices, stock management and timely completion of tasks to support a high standard of site hygiene.

Qualifications

• Good communication to understand cleaning requirements and report issues clearly.
• Well organized to maintain stock and orders.
• Attention to detail in completing paperwork correctly.
• Positive attitude to promote high hygiene standards on site.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, food safety and allergen procedures at all times.
• Work with a ‘clean as you go’ approach and perform hygiene duties as directed.
• Read and follow SOPs accurately.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Support site hygiene team during audits.
• Respond to training requirements and adapt to changes in duties.
