Gap Personnel is recruiting an Abattoir Hygiene Operator for a site in Milford Haven. This hands-on, physically demanding role involves dismantling machinery, deep cleaning production areas, and maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow strict food safety procedures, operate cleaning equipment and reassemble machinery after cleaning. Training is provided, with regular hours Mon-Fri and specific shift times.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling machinery at end of shift for deep cleaning.
• Heavy-duty hygiene work using chemicals, pressure washers, and cleaning equipment.
• Cleaning abattoir lines, production areas and equipment.
• Reassembling machinery safely after cleaning.
• Following strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
