Job summary

KFM Ltd in Bridlington is seeking Hygiene Operatives to join a non-meat, non-fish food production site. You will perform deep cleaning of production equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces on weekend days or nights, with shifts 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

The role offers long-term opportunities with full training, and a friendly, audit-ready environment. Pay is £12.77 per hour including a night shift allowance (£1.65) or £1.20 per hour for days, paid only when the full shift is

Qualifications

• Previous hygiene or industrial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Days or Nights not rotating.
• Physically fit for manual handling and standing for long periods.

• Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety protocols.
• Using industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely.
• Completing hygiene records and checklists accurately.

• Supporting the wider team to keep the facility audit-ready.

Job Overview:

• Reporting any issues or hazards to supervisors immediately
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the facility remains audit-ready at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hygiene or industrial cleaning is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Days or Nights not rotating
• Physically fit – role involves manual handling and standing for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Awareness of food safety or BRC standards is an advantage
