Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting for a cleaning operative to cover factory areas, toilets, yard and perimeters. You will operate a range of cleaning equipment and follow health, safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all factory areas.
• Cleaning all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
• Keeping the yard, car park and perimeters clean and tidy.
• Use a variety of machinery and equipment across a range of tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
• Follow the Company's Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role.
• Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail, able to influence at all levels.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels from customers and auditors to factory colleagues and company management.
• Able to prioritise & organise own workload and work to time deadlines.
• Self-motivated and highly resilient.
• Ability to problem solve and influence in a fast paced environment.
