Greencore is seeking a Hygiene Operative at our Manton Wood site. You will join a busy hygiene team delivering high standards of cleanliness across production areas, following the hygiene rota, maintaining equipment, and handling cleaning chemicals safely.

The role includes shift patterns and weekend work as listed. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.20 plus overtime after 48 hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for on‑the‑job training within a large, nationwide

Formación

• Attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines.
• Good communication with team members and management.
• Basic maths and English to entry level 3 or higher.
• Previous cleaning experience in a production environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage time.
• Awareness of health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out hygiene tasks as per rota in assigned areas.
• Prepare and care for cleaning equipment used.
• Maintain and replenish cleaning materials stocks.
• Operate and care for mechanical cleaning equipment.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely.
• Follow GMP/HACCP hygiene standards and procedures.
• Keep log books updated where required.
• Ensure areas are clean and free of debris.
