Job summary

Cranswick PLC is recruiting Hygiene Operatives for the Preston pork facility. The role involves fast-paced hygiene duties to daily targets, with shifts 18:00-02:30 (40 hrs) or 18:00-06:00 on a 4 on/4 off cycle (38.5 hrs average per week). You will work at Staithes Road, Preston, within a leading UK food producer.

Experience in FMCG manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and good food hygiene knowledge are preferred. Company benefits include pension, share purchase, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hygiene role or as a cleaner.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

We are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives to join the production factory team at our Preston pork facility. This position requires candidates to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to daily targets.

Main Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Carry out general and specific hygiene duties in accordance with factory hygiene schedule and instructions
• Work towards department targets set by department supervisor and manager
• Ensure that all open products are removed from immediate area or covered prior to the use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
