Culina Logistics in Aylesford, United Kingdom, is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join our day shift team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role runs a 4 on 4 off pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, with full training and progression opportunities provided.

You will maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across facilities, follow safety rules, and support smooth operations while working with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cleaning or hygiene operative role (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent time keeping and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Physical capability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Desirable knowledge of health and safety compliance standards.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitisation duties across offices, spaces and facilities.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in line with guidelines.
• Follow cleaning schedules to ensure hygiene standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Segregate and dispose of waste per health and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and materials used.
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
• Communicate concerns or updates to team and management.
• Ensure safe storage of materials and equipment.
• Contribute to a safe, hygienic environment for staff and visitors.
