Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Full Time Hygiene Operative at the Spalding site to help maintain high hygiene standards in our food processing environment.

You will clean work areas and equipment, follow cleaning schedules and receive COSHH training to handle chemicals safely, working alone or in a team as allocated.

The role includes a competitive rate of pay with shift allowance, weekly pay, pension scheme, and other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Hygiene Department is advantageous but not essential.
• COSHH training provided to handle chemicals safely.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Hygiene Operative to join our Team at Spalding site.

• Monday - Friday
• Voluntary overtime and weekend work also available.

Successful candidate will ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.

As Hygiene Operative, you will receive COSHH training to be able to handle chemicals safely.

You will work as part of a team or on your own depending on your job allocation and duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment, ensuring you comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times.
