Job summary

Kinnerton Confectionery in Fakenham invites applicants for Hygiene Operative - Nights. This full-time permanent role operates a 4 on 4 off pattern, 18:00–06:00, with 40.25 hours per week. The position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.

Pay is £14.70/hour with 30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid breaks. Closing date is Friday 2 October 2026. Benefits include annual leave, pension, healthcare, and development opportunities.

Hygiene Operative - Nights - MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE

Hours:40.25

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Monday - Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00

Pay range: £14.70/hour

Breaks:30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid

We are looking for a dedicated person to maintain high standards of cleaning, housekeeping and adhere to all relevant site & job cleaning schedules and work instructions including flexibility on performing different task across different department within the hygiene team including Mould wash and Nut try wash.

Closing date: Friday 2nd October 2026

Responsibilities

• Clean the factory production lines and machinery.
• Follow all hygiene, Health & Safety, and chemical handling procedures.
