Job summary

Kinnerton Confectionery in Fakenham is seeking a Supply Chain Operative to support production by ensuring materials are on hand and finished goods move safely across the site. This role blends warehouse duties with on-floor production support.

Full training will be provided, with line feeding training taking 6–12 months. After training, there is potential to load/unload vehicles using a forklift truck as part of progression.

Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Warehouse experience would be advantageous.
• Experience using stock control or warehouse management systems is desirable, although full training will be provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a drive to succeed, improve and challenge the norm.

Position type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40.25

Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off, 18:00 - 06:00

Pay range: £14.70 -£15.13 depending on experience.

Breaks: 30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for aSupply Chain Operative to join our team and play a vital role in keeping materials and products moving efficiently throughout our factory.

This is much more than a traditional warehouse role. You'll spend time on both the warehouse and factory floor, supporting production by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently across the site.

Interviews: Week commencing 12th October 2026

Full training will be provided. Line feeding training can take between 6 and 12 months to complete, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the role. Once fully trained, you will have the opportunity to load and unload vehicles using a forklift truck.
