Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Hygiene Operative for a pet care factory in Castle Cary, UK. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment, with cleaning duties across industrial areas, operation of cleaning equipment, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Working hours are 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. The hourly rate is £12.98, with time-and-a-half for overtime on Mon-Sat and double time on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Clean industrial areas including production floors, restrooms, break areas, and offices.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.

• Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
