Mitie Group plc. is seeking a reliable Hygiene Operative for a busy food manufacturing environment in Carlisle. The role is permanent, full-time, and pays £12.71 per hour for 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00) at McVitie's, Carlisle.

Key duties include cleaning silo areas, removing dust, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Prior industrial/food manufacturing hygiene experience is beneficial; training will be provided. Must communicate read basic English and be reliable and proactive.

We are looking for a reliable Hygiene Operative to join our hygiene team within a busy food manufacturing environment.

Contract: Permanent
Type: Full time
Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 )
Location: McVitie's, 54 Church Street, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA2 5TG

Please note: This role does not involve entering or cleaning inside the silos.

Experience within industrial or food manufacturing hygiene would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
