Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is hiring a Retail Hygiene Operative in Bromborough to maintain clean and safe production areas in a FMCG environment. The role runs on a rolling shift pattern from 07:00 to 15:30, five days out of six, with emphasis on hygiene standards and correct PPE use.

You will report to a supervisor, complete timely cleaning tasks, report issues, and ensure waste removal and hazard-free work areas. Prior hygiene experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and hygiene in FMCG environment.
• Work to hygiene standards and PPE.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain hazard-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• To ensure areas and equipment cleaned safely following all safety instructions including using the correct PPE and equipment and to the required Hygiene standard in a timely manner.
• To ensure any reportable issues are reported to your manager or supervisor in a timely manner
• Ensure a clean, tidy and hazard free workplace.
• To ensure the production lines are regularly walked, checked and cleaned including the removal of waste bins.
• To ensure all food safety precautions are taken.

Working Hours: 07:00am - 15:30pm, 5 out of 6 days on a rolling shift pattern.
