Job summary

Kingdom People Limited is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a confectionery manufacturer in Blackburn (BB1). The role covers night shifts, 36 hours per week, with full-time hours starting from a temporary arrangement. Training is provided on days for approximately 3 months.

You'll perform high-level cleaning, waste management, floor care, laundry organization and general facilities cleaning, with on-site parking and opportunities for additional hours in peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous hygiene experience essential.
• Be able to work 8hr shift.
• Being able to commute to Blackburn (BB1).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Waste collections. Dealing with all our waste streams.
• Floor cleaning both with a machine and mop.
• Organizing laundry.
• Facilities cleaning, toilets, washrooms, canteen and locker rooms.
• Assisting process and packing in specific cleaning in these areas.
• Drain cleaning.
• Cleaning and organizing outside around the perimeter.
• Other cleaning tasks when identified.
