Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Hygiene Manager (Nights) for a Manchester site in the food manufacturing sector. You will lead the hygiene team, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement across a night-shift operation.

The role focuses on food safety, audits, KPI reporting, and implementing improvement plans while ensuring compliance with SOPs and COSHH requirements. You will coach staff to embed best-practice hygiene standards and contribute to site objectives.

Qualifications

• Hygiene-related certificate or diploma required.
• Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 qualifications.
• COSHH training required.
• Proven experience leading a hygiene operation in food manufacturing.

Role

• Monitor, measure, and report Hygiene KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Coach and support teams to embed best practice hygiene standards and behaviours.

Requirements

• Hygiene-related Certificate or Diploma.

• COSHH Training.
• Proven experience leading a hygiene operation within a food manufacturing environment.
