Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Hygiene Manager in Cambridgeshire to lead night shift hygiene operations in a food manufacturing environment. You will ensure compliance with technical and hygiene standards, maintain audit-ready records and manage the hygiene team to consistently meet site goals.

You will oversee supplier relationships for chemicals, host audits, manage budgets, and drive HACCP participation to support food safety and quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar hygiene management role.
• Strong understanding of BRC standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
