Zusammenfassung

Europe Snacks UK seeks a proactive Hygiene Supervisor to drive hygiene excellence across our Leicester manufacturing site. You will lead hygiene standards, develop training, and partner with Operations, Technical and Health & Safety teams to ensure GMP compliance.

This hands-on role spends most time on the factory floor, coaching colleagues, identifying improvements, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while promoting continuous improvement and delivering sustainable hygiene solutions.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
• Experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing and lean operating environments.
• Strong leadership and capability to develop high performing teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Champion Health & Safety, GMP and hygiene compliance and site procedures.
• Develop, deliver and maintain training programmes, SOPs and coaching materials.
• Conduct observations to monitor behaviours, standards and performance and provide guidance.
• Drive hygiene excellence in cleaning activities, changeovers and post-clean start-ups.
• Support management of Hygiene Instruction Cards, cleaning schedules and digital hygiene systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Training and H&S teams to resolve issues and share best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and problem solving.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for hygiene performance.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment with GMP standards and proper documentation.
